Terms of Service

By using the FormSpring service, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. FormSpring reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time without notice, and your continued use of FormSpring constitutes your consent to such changes.

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
  • You must provide a valid name and email address during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you agree to immediately change your password and notify FormSpring.
  • You may not use the FormSpring service for any unauthorized or illegal activities, including but not limited to the creation of forms for fraud or phishing schemes.
  • You may not use the FormSpring service to send unsolicited email or spam.
  • You may not use the FormSpring service to collect sensitive information from other users, including but not limited to credit card information and social security numbers, without enabling all the security features in the FormSpring application that allow you to do so (SSL, PGP and data encryption). See the security FAQ for more details on enabling those features in order to securely collect information from other users.
  • You understand that any free account that has been inactive (the user has not logged into the FormSpring administration tool or received any submissions on their forms) for six or more months is subject to termination. FormSpring will attempt to notify you of such pending termination by sending a message to the email address stored for your account.
  • You agree to the terms of the FormSpring Privacy Policy.
  • You agree that the FormSpring service is provided on a as-is and as-available basis. FormSpring disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the service. FormSpring also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

FormSpring reserves the right to terminate your account for the violation of any of these terms at any time and without notice.
